We currently ship to the UK, Europe, the USA and Canada.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.

RETURNS

• We hope that you love your item from Hurriya Collective, but If you are not satisfied with your item, please send an email to info@hurriyacollective.com and we'll inform you on how to return your item. Please quote your order number and the reason you would like to return your item. 
• You have 30 days from the day that you item is delivered to request a return. We ask that you send the item back to us within 7 days of your return being accepted. 
• We don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item.
• Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost for your item. 
• Only products returned in perfect condition will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. 
• If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
